Cheques and Postal Orders Send a cheque or postal order with your chosen top-up amount to Alpha Telecom, 391 Richmond Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 2EF, United Kingdom. Remember to write your Alpha account number on the reverse of the cheque or postal order. Cheques take 5 working days from receipt to be credited to your account. Postal orders will be credited to your account immediately upon receipt.
