Direct Debit
You can register for any of our 3 Direct Debit options by calling Customer Care or by logging in to your account. You will receive a letter of confirmation once your Direct Debit has been approved by your bank (this will take up to 10 working days).

On Demand
This is a ‘pay as you go’ service which allows you to top-up whenever it suits you. Once your Direct Debit has been set up you can credit your account using Quick Pay, online or SMS. Instead of entering the last 6 digits of your credit/debit card, you will enter your bank account number.

Auto Top-up
Auto Top-Up keeps your Alpha account in credit at all times. Your Alpha account is automatically topped-up by a set amount of your choosing when your balance falls to a certain amount.

Monthly Payment
Set a monthly budget for your call spend by choosing a maximum amount that you want to spend on calls each month. The amount of money you have spent is taken by Direct Debit on a date of your choosing to top-up your Alpha account to your set amount.
