If required enter your account number and PIN. Register your number/s for Fast Access to avoid this step.
After hearing ‘connecting’ dial the number you wish to call including the full area code if calling within the UK or full international code if calling abroad.

If using your mobile do not press the ‘send’ button after connecting to Alpha. Simply wait and your call will be connected automatically.

You will be charged by your normal service provider for dialling the 0207 access number. This charge should be whatever rate you pay for calls to 0207 numbers and will appear on your phone bill from your service provider. Add 1p/ min to rates if using 0800 or 1833 access on Africa Plus or Asia Plus tariff plans. Some mobile operators surcharge calls made to 0800 numbers. Calls from a payphone incur a surcharge of 25p. Calls are charged in 1 minute increments after the first 12 seconds. The first 12 seconds are charged at 1/5th of a minute. The credit on your account expires if not used or topped-up for 180 days.

By registering your numbers for Fast Access there is no need to enter your account number and PIN when you make a call.

Credit Warning
You will be alerted when you have 1 minute of talk time remaining and again at 30 and 10 seconds remaining.

Follow on call
Do not hang up, press # twice and dial the new number.

Redial last number
Do not hang up. Press # twice and then dial *6.

Check your balance
Once connected to Alpha dial *9.
